I rode my exercise bike which normally elevates my BP pretty high (150+). Shortly after riding I could feel it was starting to drop. It got to the point where I was feeling pretty off so I had someone check it. It was 88\/45. I have a medicine, Midodrine, to take when it goes below 90, so I did. So it did what it was supposed to do, maybe just a little too much. I have another medicine I need to take when it’s over 150 (Nephedopine). Luckily it didn’t get to that point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It’s simple things like this most people probably don’t think about or don’t associate with a spinal cord injury.
