{"id":363,"date":"2009-10-20T22:07:15","date_gmt":"2009-10-21T02:07:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.aaronwood.us\/?p=363"},"modified":"2009-10-20T22:07:15","modified_gmt":"2009-10-21T02:07:15","slug":"lots-of-neck-pain-but-lots-of-time-off-vent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.aaronwood.us\/?p=363","title":{"rendered":"Lots of neck pain, but lots of time off vent!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aaron had a lot of neck pain today.\u00a0 When that happens, of course, he gets more pain medicine which often makes him sleepy.\u00a0 He was tired\u00a0today, but he stayed awake for his therapy sessions,\u00a0and that&#8217;s a good thing!\u00a0\u00a0 He went off the vent onto the trach collar at approximately 7:15 this morning and stayed on it for&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;(drumroll)&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;11 1\/2 hours !!!!\u00a0\u00a0 Great job, Aaron!\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We were told today that Aaron&#8217;s discharge from Magee will take place on November 6th.\u00a0 Our plan (up\u00a0until today) was for Aaron to go home to his Dad and Step-mom&#8217;s house upon discharge, BUT today we were thrown a curve;
