Yesterday afternoon a representative from Restorative Therapies, located in Baltimore, came to Masonic to get me back on my bike exercising, using my arms! I used to do my legs every day until an aide, where I reside, broke my hip so I’m not able to do it any longer. That was probably a year and a half ago. Oh well! Better things ahead I hope!
