    Aaron:

I like all of the others was touched by your video! You are such an inspiration to so many with your courage and fortitude. Never give up! So many are praying for you….and as you know…God does send angels when you really need them. We all have oppportunities to make a difference in this life. What a difference you have made in the lives of so many who have come to know and love you! God Bless!

    Hey Ern!

You bet things happen for a reason and God does put people in our paths. I agree with the others that God has a plan for you and it is hard to see right now but as time passes and you look back on your life you will see where you took certain paths and good things came form it. Like I often wondered what it would have been like if we had never spent that year in PA. If we hadn’t I wouldn’t have gotten to know you and your wonderful family and I might not have Lauren. I know it is hard right now but you need to focus on your school work and therapy and TRUST GOD! It might not feel like it right now but he is caring you. Keep your chin up!

Aaron, I’m a classmate of your Aunt Deb, and a member of the Church of God. I think that you need to know that the MAHS Class of ’71 breakfast club has been praying for you and have been participating in the fundraisers that have been arranged, along with multitudes of people in Middletown and all over the area. I just happened to be looking at my favorites list and meant to click on another link when”up pops your blog”. I believe that it didn’t happen by accident, I was meant to see your YouTube entry. It touched me. There are angels….”BELIEVE IT”!!!

Dear Aaron, I just listened to you video and all I could do was smile. Just when we are at our lowest God is there beside us to lift us up! I firmly believe in guardian angels and your angel was on overtime that day. God knows what we need and is always there to fulfill our needs. Just remember, let go and let God. Sometimes that is very hard to do–believe me I know. I am one who always wants to be in the driver’s seat but there are days I will let God take over the wheel. Prayer is powerful and faith, hope, and love is even greater. Keep up the faith! Love, Meam

Watching your video and reading all of the comments make me smile. That day was amazing. Indescribable. I have tried to tell people the story of what happened that day and words cannot describe what took place. I will never forget that day and I am so glad I was there to share that experience with you. There are higher powers on your side. I love you so much.

    Dear sweet Aaron,
What a blessing this video was. You are right, your meeting with John was meant to be. It was no accident or coincidence. Everything is done in God’s time. He loves you so much and he knew what you needed. He knows what you are feeling and thinking every minute of the day. I know it’s hard to understand when you are in the situation you are in. I’m sure you’ve asked, “if he loves me then why am I not healed?” I ask the same question. God has great plans for you. We don’t know what they are, but in time will we will see it all develop. You have touched a lot of people and you have been an inspiration to so many people. You have shown people what is so important in life. Your family has shown people what true unconditional love is. They have shown how strong a family can be and how important family support is. They will never leave you. Through this horrible accident, there are so many positive things. You have brought so many people to prayer. So many people have been able to share their feelings and tell you how much you are loved. You know, if this accident didn’t happen, you might not have ever truly known how special you are to so many people. There have been angels every step of the way and I am so thankful for each and every one of them. I love you and I don’t blame you for your down time. Please just try to remember John and his words of prayer to help lift your spirits. Love you!!!

Hi Aaron! I just listened to your’ 7/1 video. I, like you, sometimes have a hard time with intangible stuff that I cannot “measure”. But I also have an issue with “coincidences”. There is no way that a run of events such asdescribed cannot make a guy stand up and take notice. There is more going on in this universe than our puny intellects know and your experience shows that. Respect it and believe in that otherness. You know, a coupla octobers ago, I was in Millersburg visiting Family(and the whole area there where my Family kinda started) , and experienced another thing I sometimes have a problem with(again ’cause I can’t measure it) . Anyways, I was simply sitting down to dinner with Family and Uncle Bob was simply saying grace before dinner, and the sheer power I felt coming from this slight and quiet spoken man was astounding. I said right then it was something I would never forget. It has been 2 or 3 years now and I can still ‘member and feel it like yesterday. I cannot measure it, I cannot quantify it in anyway, but that power is real. Aaron, KNOW it is real and accept it. Lots of “it” directed your’ way, and take it from a physics nut that somehow it is real. I just wish I could measure it…

Yews, Aaron the meeting with John was beautiful. And God does know you and what you are going thru. Keep that smile on your face. There will be many more meetings like that. And we can always ask why? God knows and cares. Everyone is pulling for you and your complete staff. Love Ya, P.S. They call me the Blind Old Man at work

Hi honey. I love you very much and I am glad that you shared your experience meeting John. He is an angel. God knows exactly when we need angels and sends them to us at the most perfect times. I agree with my mom, there are no such things as coincidences. The people that come into our lives are absolutely put there for a reason. Sometimes we know the reason right away, sometimes we find out years down the road, and sometimes we never will know the reason. With all that we have gone through with Ben, my eyes are opening to the angels that live around us, here, everyday. Don’t forget to look for the angels that enter your life on a daily basis- your mom, dad, Gina, Leslie, etc. I love you. I know that you are down. Please know that God has a plan for you! You can do this! I am so proud of you and how far you have come! I miss you. I love you. Erin Kelli

Dear Aaron, everything happens for a reason. I know it is hard to believe, but even your accident happened for a reason. I know you get tired of hearing it, but God has a plan for you and God wants nothing but good to come of it. You have come so far. Please get that sparkle back in your eyes. There are no such thing as coincidences. You meeting John was in God’s plan. You are a very special individual, who no matter how down you are you can always make your Aunt Deb smile. I love you. See you soon.

  • Jennifer Cupp (jason's wife)

that is amazing. really, it is. you are strong, and everytime I read your blog or watch a video you inspire me with how upbeat and positive you are, you will get there, look how far you’ve come already, and odds you’ve beat and surpassed. God does send angels… I believe you’ve probably been an angel to a lot of people in similar situations who can read your blogs and watch your progress and feel hope. So many people have you in their prayers… seriously, you’re amazing.

  • Diane (Aaron's mom)

Aaron, I definitely believe God sends people our way when we most need it. This is not the first time an “angel” has come into your life since your accident. Of course, there is Leslie, our number one angel, but it also happened once when you were in Magee, and also when you were in Select. And don’t ever feel weird believing in that kind of thing!!!

One more thing…..Your Aunt Den did call you to tell you how I made out with my septoplasty (the word you couldn’t remember), but you didn’t answer, so she left a message. Sorry I couldn’t call you myself. See you soon.

    Love,

    Mom

Comment on your video 7/1/10 I first heard about your situation in November 2009. I went to the fundraiser at the Brownstone because I couldn’t handle being around people or holidays. I’m not in a wheelchair, but I am disabled when it comes to being around people. I try to put on a half-decent show when I’m out of my home, but I’m probably not fooling anyone.

I have been off work since June 9. I am happy for you that you are starting classes soon. Hope you have a better day tomorrow.

Why is it that when you sign off you say, “8, 6, 2, 3 click”?
