Hi Aaron, I saw your story over on Kathleen’s blog, Grosgrain. I was so inspired by your happiness in the video while you’re trying to keep balance. I loved hearing the laughter in the background and seeing you make progress with a smile on your face. How inspiring! I’m sure the positive attitude you and those around you have are helping you so much in your recovery! I hope that, should something like that happen to me (or even in the little trials that come my way) I can have a perspective like yours. Way to go, keep up the good work!!! I’m sure you’ll be walking before you know it!

In the mindless clicking around on the internet, having my morning tea, I came across your story.
I am thinking of you and wishing you well.
I read about your story on grosgrains blog. I have two uncles that broke their necks. My Uncle Tommy ended up a quadriplegic & my Uncle Clark was paralyzed from the neck down. It was so amazing to watch as they both took the injury in stride & worked hard to live as normal a life as possible. My Uncle Clark now walks with the help of walking crutches. My Uncle Tommy passed away when I was 13. even though he was missing both of his legs & one arm he learned to drive a special van, enjoyed fishing on his boat (that he would drive) & many other “normal” activities. He loved life & lived it to the fullest. You seem to be just as determined with your recovery process. I wish you the best & will keep you in our prayers.
I found you through the Grosgrain blog and will continue to keep up with you!
I’m a physical therapist for kids and will probably use some of your videos for some inspiration since they don’t always get to see ‘cool grown people’ having to do the things I make them do every week!
Praying for a little more recovery every day and for strong insides when the going feels slow.

Hi Aaron! I want to tell you, you are a MAN. A strong, hard-working man, who keeps smiling and laughing even when it’s hard to. My respect and good thoughts go to you. Keep it up! I’m with you! 🙂
